Eating is one of the most essential things that we have to do to live on this earth. Without consuming food and fluids we won’t be able to survive long, this is why the nutrients we put in our bodies is so important. The right nutrition provides our bodies with the energy it needs to function properly, to impacts the way we feel and to live a healthy life. The effects of having fast food more than nutrients in fruits and vegetables is really dangerous if you consume too much. Fast food restaurants like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, KFC, and Taco Bell to name a few may taste good but do you ever wonder what your meal is full with. Some Americans may make a counterargument by saying that fast food isn’t all bad because you can chose a salad as your meal but salads from fast food restaurants have added salt and sugar in them too.
