Pros And Cons Of Capitalism Vs Socialism

Throughout the past decades, societies biggest challenge has been the debate between Socialism vs. Capitalism. The effects they bring are both, direct and indirect on everyday lives within the countries that have been faced with these ideologies. Socialism and Capitalism may not share the same ideas but they are both appreciated by the different groups in society. Although Capitalism is pushed by the rich and well off, it is looked down upon by the poor and unlucky. Socialism on the other hand attracts to the people who are poorer or in bad situations, but it does not appeal to the rich who want to stay rich. The both are a key part to the organization of society and have many pros along with their cons. Despite the fact Capitalism is looked highly on, in today's society Socialism is demanded on, by a larger group. This method is another way for equalling the playing field for those at a disadvantaged. Welfare is needed to protect people who can not provide for themselves, it is not met to support a person forever but to get them back on there feet. It is one of the most important aspects to a Socialist system, because it provides assistance. Having welfare means higher taxes, which for some people is unfair. The Socialism system for the rich is a disadvantage for them and can cause tension in the communities. People don't want to waste their tax money on welfare, if it is going to be abused by people who won't make effort to improve their ways of living. Without looking at the people who will abuse welfare it will only help a community thrive. By supporting the people who need it they will than come back into the community.
