Having a healthy diet was her only hope on getting rid of the bad digestion. She became so committed to healthy eating, something that is commendable because not much people can do it. Although it was something good, it turned into an obsession that in due time took over her life. She started being obsessed because of the benefits that eating healthy had. One on the reasons being the prevention of cancer. She was terrified of cancer and even more terrified of dying. I honestly do not blame her. Who is not terrified of dying? This obsession singlehandedly caused her, her whole life. She could not eat out with friends, attend dinner parties or even shop at certain grocery stores because of her intense phobia. Her anxiety was so overwhelming that her stomach problems worsened, and at this point, she was already addicted to the healthy eating lifestyle. Therefore, in turn, it was a very big challenge breaking out of the habit in order to get rid of her stomach
