Reed Hastings is a fifty-two year old entrepreneur and the owner of an amazing digital success story called Netflix. His amazing company has a net worth of $940 million dollars, thanks to his 53 million subscribers. A quote Hastings says kept him and his business going was ,”Do not tolerate brilliant jerks. The cost to teamwork is too high.” As you can see, Reed Hastings is not only successful but driven.
