However, two weeks before the presentation, I came to realise that I had BUCS Climbing competition the weekend before the presentation day (Tuesday). I am glad to say that I have improved my presentation skills, which would be beneficial towards my career development. We have formed a team through a few development stages similar to Tuckman (1965), which includes forming, storming, norming and performing. In overall, I felt like my group bonded well and all team members worked equally hard for this presentation. This group work has improved my team working skills especially when adopting to different people’s needs. This experience is invaluable, which I could say, brought the best out of
