When you are succumbed to the worry of uncertainty, the best thing to do is to take a deep breath and try relaxing your muscles. Sources and moods of emotions, just like feeling anxious, can come from a variety of things. Influences such as personality, time of the day, days of week, weather, stress, social activities, exercise, age, and even sex of the individual can attribute to the way they deal with stressful situations.
