My claim is on school hours i think that school is to long and it's stressing out kids that go to school. School hours should be shorten for 7 daily school hours a lot of kids i know when they get to school the first thing they want to do is get out. Kids that have to go through 7 hours of school is tiring for most of them because a lot of people go to bed late at night. So when they wake up it's really hard for them to stay awake in class and be able to pay attention. It could make it to where the kid could fall asleep while taking notes or other things and that could make his test harder because instead of learning it he fell asleep during the lesson.

You could just say well it's the kid's fault for

There is only one water fountain that is good in the school and it always has a line of people in front of it. So during passing periods it's hard to get water from it because you'll most likely be late for class and get in trouble. Another thing they need to fix is that a lot of the textbooks are not in good use and a lot of the textbooks give the wrong information. I think the school needs to put more funding in the school text books so we can do our homework better and be able to learn.

Another thing they need to fix is the school soap dispensers, most of the time there broken and never work. They need to work so kids won't make other people get sick or make themselves sick.
Another thing they could use funding for is the P.E classes. In pe class there are a lot of equipment are overused and worn out. They should put funding in more outside equipment there are only a few sports you play in P.E because there is no funding for balls from other sports. And now the P.E have to take money from their own wallet to make us happy. Its should not be the teacher's problem that we don't have the right equipment to play the correct

First if we got a one million dollar grant I would be shocked. I think the students would want to but everything. The staff would not let that happen though. If it were up to me I would help the school with the money by getting better food, more field trips, and more books. There are plenty more things that I would but with that money but those are just three of them.…

Dear Mr. Hitt if our school was to receive a federal grant of 1 million dollars. I truly believe we should use that money to repair things that need to be repaired. To start it all of, the very first thing I think we need for this school is to repair all the rooms and floors that need to be done. Because, the classrooms carpet have been here a very long time and they are filthy and nasty. Also sometimes the floors in the room can start smelling!…

How many schools in South Carolina are functioning well with air conditioning, heat, technology, proper buses, and everyday things that people think are normal for schools to have? Unfortunately, not every school does. Some schools in the lower part of South Carolina do not have these things. Argument 4: I believe as a student shorting hours is the right way to go because by doing this students have a majority of time for clubs , sports , jobs and other activits , they became more engaged and less stressed about attending school which means that their grades would improve . so as a student I believe shorting the hours to a reasonable accomadtion is they right path , so I suggest cutting out 10 mintues from the current time and changing it to 3:10 would be acceptable…

Change. That’s what needs to happen at our school. There are teachers who can’t teach in a way that’s effective, respect is not reciprocating from both teachers and their pupils, students are taking classes that they don’t want to take and are not required, and the scheduling of unwanted and unneeded classes are problems as well. Because of the horrible conditions of the school, it’s a wonder that people graduate. My point is that students should not have to struggle through high school in any way other than receiving excellent grades.…

No matter how much someone hates high school, I think everybody will miss a piece of it when it's over. High school is filled with drama, love, tears, hatred, and many more emotions. We gain friends and we lose friends. Some people are involved in so many things, and some people aren't involved in anything. Regardless of all of that, high school is supposed to be the best four years of someone's life, but in a blink of an eye it is over.…

If I were to advise young people, I would suggest them to get into the mindset of becoming a professional and expect the unexpected, in which case have a backup plan. High school seniors and many entering college students often feel that high school hasn't prepared them for the “real world”. The adjustment to a new work or educational environment creates many unexpected situations and expectations that leave students feeling unprepared and less confident. Both businesses and colleges agree that graduates lack hard and soft skills. Students also believe it would've been helpful to receive training from the businesses and schools. Implementing internships in the high school curriculum can correct this problem.…

    Hours Of School

I think that they should stop having five days of school a week. I think they should change it and we should only have four days of school a week. There are some schools out west that only have four days of school a week and we could just add an hour of school to each day so that we could make up for that day that we will miss. It would be way better because then people would have more time during the day to do work because of the extra hour and they would also have a longer weekend that if they had homework they could do it during the extra day. We could just go to school Monday through Thursday and have Friday off, plus that way we could have our Varsity football games on a day off from school.…
