The Readiness Rubrics can be used to rate leader, team, and school level of readiness. According to Spiro (2011), readiness rubrics measure the readiness with the three criteria: “experience, skills/knowledge, and attitude” (p.20). The data from these three categories, show that my personal, team, and school readiness is high. The total point score for my Experience is 21 out of 25 possible points. It means I have medium readiness for this category. My total point score for Required Skills/Knowledge is 24 out of 25. It is the high readiness. The total point score for Whatever It Takes is 24 out of 25. It is also the high readiness. The last category Values reached also 24 out of 25 possible points. It is the high readiness too.
