You don’t always have the easiest job but you have to show emotions and dedication to who you’re leading. “The leader who will not be denied, who has expertise coupled with strength of will, is going to prevail” (Walsh, Jamison, & Walsh, 2009, p. 77). You have to have respect for people that have this strength of will and Walsh talks about other head football coaches that he has respect for: Mike Holmgren, Tom Landry, and Jimmy Johnson.
