Also, Joan wishes to socialize more often, she wants to visit the hairdressers, shopping, coffee mornings, and also play bingo.Moreover, She wants to spend quality time with Alice having lunch and doing leisure activities together.Consequently, this will enable them to work on maintaining close mother and daughter relationship. Accordingly, we stated precisely what tasks, Joan will carry out, especially in regard to interpersonal relationships, social relations, roles decisions and emotional distress. I will be responsible for providing resources and necessary arrangements for Joan to attend community services In setting out tasks, we used an incremental system, beginning with simple or one task at a time, and increasing gradually as Joan gains confidence and skills(Milner et Al pg 148).For the first week, Joan will pop into the hairdressers with a carer and on another day do lunch with daughter, the second week in addition to the tasks of the first week, she will attend coffee morning and later a sewing session at the local community. Ordinarily, together with Joan, we come out with a contract, signed by both of us stating everything we have talked, and dates of weekly visits to view and monitor progress.
