“Property may be destroyed and money may lose its purchasing power; but, character, health, knowledge and good judgement will always be in demand under all conditions.” Roger Babson.
In Romeo and Juliet Mistakes tend to happen quite often. These mistakes are a result of many of the core characters. It begs to ask the question why are they making these mistakes. If you look deep into the conflict the culprit tends to be clouded judgement. But what is blocking them from seeing the consequences of what their actions could cause. Was it lust, love, faith, hate? In the end it turns out to be all of the above. The main characters where the clouded judgement is seen best in are Tybalt Paris, The friar, Romeo and juliet.

The families feud has caused several losses including some of their own. They didn't even take care of their children when you really look at how much influence they had on their children compared to the friar or the nurse it is practically a landslide. These adults were caught up in their own things to even look at their children's thoughts a great example of this is lady capulet and sir capulet (Insert lines where Capulet talks to paris and also where lady capulet talks to Juliet about the arranged marriage). Another good example is how many times Romeo's parents honestly talk to him. With this form of neglect and a girl in a pressured situation wanting to get out just tells you something bad is going to happen.

Clouded judgement was the leading factor in this play. It can help you achieve a certain goal but in the end at what cost. The cost of a loved one should never be this price towards a goal the Friar and Paris should’ve known that. Families should never be hurt as a result of your actions. Both of the families needed to know that but were to blind to see it. In the end it is just a play but a life lesson to be taught to

The decision that I found to be particularly hasty was Romeo's decision to commit suicide. I believe that this decision was impulsive and fueled by Romeo's emotions. It lead to not only his death but his lover Juliet as well. With evidence shown through a lack of support figures, meaningful literary devices and misused power dynamics, Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, clarifies how families surrounded by discord, erupt negative consequences. Domestic conflict is powerful, and can undoubtedly produce irreversible, unimaginable outcomes. Rudolph Dreikurs from the Institute of Educational Sciences reveals that “When adults know what to do, children then learn to improve behavior and to increase their trust as well as their sense of responsibility” (Happy Children: A Challenge to Parents 1). Evidently, parents have the greatest influence on their children and through upbringing, are accountable for their overall maturation. By all means, each family structure is flawed, however, there is a broad variety of precautions that can be taken to avoid domestic results as tragic as the suicides of Romeo and…
