When making a decision I first think about right and wrong. Although that may sound easy, sometimes the wrong decision has a better outcome for just me. When making a tough decision I have to think about others and everybody else affected by my decisions.
I base my decisions on what will keep me happy and keep others around me happy. I don’t like to disappoint people. Which can sometimes create an issue when making an ethical decision. You are not always going to please everyone or maybe not even the people that you want to please when making an ethical decision, but you will be making a decision that is ethical.
Part of the reasons that I make the decisions that I do is because I feel that I am responsible for making these decisions, this is for a variety of reasons. One big reason is because of the values that have been taught to me for so long. Another reason is that I feel that I need to make these decisions is because I feel that I have the responsibility to be a role model for my nieces and nephews. I learned how to make my decisions from watching others so I know that they are going to also learn from
