Empowering employees to make decisions for themselves through coaching is the focus of this video podcast. What is coaching and how is it being used and how are organizations training leaders and managers to utilize coaching are some of the topics that will be addressed. For churches, much of their workforce is volunteers so utilizing a coaching approach is an effective way to train volunteers.
