• The role you have taken on your Support Team
My preferred role in the team is to be the listener; I will gladly listen and try to understand my team mates in their time of need so that we can get along without any conflict because, I greatly despise the interruption. The role I believe I have taken in my group is just reliability. I try to be reliable and dependable for my team members.

• How you like to communicate
I enjoy my group and we all get along, so I feel like it’s my responsibility to maintain the trust and provide small things like advice or summaries for my team members that missed class. My interest in the group is much more …show more content…
I don’t like conflict and don’t wish to argue, I’ve never gotten into any conflict with any team members this year. My reciprocity style is almost one hundred percent matcher. If people do good deeds for me, I will return their favor, but if they hurt me I will return the favor too. I’m just that type of person. My preferred workstyle was steadiness but depending on my mood I could shift to influence, it all really depends, but the majority of my time will be steadiness.

Some things I should watch out for when I’m in a team is the Dominant kind of workers. Especially ones that I feel like have the same experience as me. I tend to have a lot of thoughts that these people are conceited and think that they are better than everyone else which will affect the team. When I collaborate on a team I want to bring a bright smile and a genuine personality to the group. I am disgusted by fake people and will not work efficiently with that group.
I try to be as positive as possible to my team and want to consistently maintain a genuine sense of care for them. To be able to consistently maintain this emotional intelligence and reliability will surely be a positive impact for any team. I want to bring a positive and comfortable atmosphere to the group while also bringing reliability. I feel like reliability is one of the most important things to the group because if everyone does their job they will consistently get good results.
