Laws that don't maintain order, are the laws made to put people in prison for long periods of times and keep the prisons filled. One law that keeps the prisons filled is the gun laws. Yes not everyone should have a gun and not everyone should be able to get a gun. Some people that get guns should not have guns like people with mental disabilities.the man who did the movie theater, or the man who did the sandy hook shooting, even the charleston church shooting and so on and so on. Every Single person that was apart of the shooting had a mental disability of some kind. Of those shooting had existing or history of mental problems. Other states require them to be hospitalized for a certain amount of time for there gun rights to be stripped away from them.
