Andrew has a couple of option of how to approach this situation. The first option would be to simply tell Mark about what has been going on but by doing that could possibly ruin the relationship of all three of the individuals. On the other hand Andrew could approach Alexa about the situation and tell her that this is wrong to do and leave it up to her to fix the problem herself. The last option Andrew has is to not say anything at all and let this situation play out without his interference at all which also could end badly for someone in this position. Whatever Andrew chooses to do it seems as though there is no right option due to the fact that someone is going to get hurt no matter what. The first subgroup of this is called Conventionalist Decision Style, which primarily means that you decide to do something because that’s what society would do as a whole. For example if someone sees a house burning to the ground that individual would call the fire department due to the fact hat what the majority of society would do the same exact thing in that situation. Next is called Individualist Decision Style and this where you make decisions on what works best for you not matter what the circumstances are. I have personally had to use this decision style in my life for example my father wanted me to become and engineer but when I got to college I wasn’t really interested in that subject so I had to look at my own interests so that is why I switched to business. Finally the last Style is called Legitimist, which is based on the authoritative law that governs society. Basically meaning if the government says that something is illegal it should be deemed bad for everyone. For example, if you see someone robbing a store you are going to call the police because that is deemed illegal under law.
