Three Learning Goals In Module

The Three Learning Goals In Module One The first module is a very interested one, that has set the bar for subsequent ones. However, looking back at the learning goals that were set, were very important goals that is necessary to be accomplished in this class. The three goals that were set for myself during the first module are: to be able to advance my critical thinking skills, to articulate my ideas in a more concise and precise manner and to have a better understanding of the APA writing format. When these goals were set, one would lead to believe that they were far fetch, however, as each module came a long, the fact became clear that these goals are very much within reach. One of the most important goal that was very interested and necessary to accomplish, was to understand the full concept of the APA format. It is very important to be able to make decisions based on the facts and not emotions. Before taking this course, it was so easy to articulate whatever comes to mind without thinking it through and as result of this one would find themselves retracting information because of hasty reactions. This class has helped to eliminate that type of thinking and allow one to gather information based on proven research articles. This class has help one to research information from different websites such as ProQuest, ERIC, Google Scholar, Bing among other search engines, and to combine this information and to write a synthesis paper based on the fact and the information that is presented instead of with emotion. Critical thinking skills not only applies to nursing but every aspect of life. Critical thinking is something that ones develops over time. It’s about coming to a conclusion in an efficient manner with the best possible solution that is what was learned in this
