The first situation that came to mind was if Gloria accepted Brogan instead of Daphne. This would affect the stake holders in the following way. Gloria would be ecstatic that she was able to accept Brogan because he deserved the position the most out of any of the possible candidates and that she was able to continue their good relationship. She would also suffer massive repercussions for disobeying her bosses, which would greatly decrease here quality of life at the workplace. Brogan would also be ecstatic that he was accepted and that his hard work in school and his relationship with Gloria finally paid off. Daphne would be disappointed that she was unable to attend the school. The Dean of the school would also be very disappointed in Gloria for disobeying her orders, and would probably do his best to reprimand her. Since firing her would not be a likely option due to lawsuits I would think that he would make her job much more difficult for making him look bad. The President of the University would also be very upset at Gloria’s decision to disobey her boss and at the Dean for not having a better handle on his employees. Terri Hastings would also be disappointed that even after all her donations and commitment to the university she still did not have enough say to receive a favor from the president. Brogan would be sad that his hard work and relationship with Gloria didn’t pay off. Daphne would be overjoyed to be accepted. The Dean would also be pleased that Gloria obeyed his directions, which made the President happy that the Dean followed his directions to accept Daphne. Terri Hastings would be pleased that she was able to help out her friend and that she was able to call in a favor which would result in her continuing to give generous donations to the school. Daphne’s Father would also be overjoyed that his daughter was accepted and that his good friend was able to help him out. Lexington would lose a potential talented member, but overall increase because they would gain funding which they could use to entice new talent and improve the university. Other universities would also be pleased because now they had the opportunity to gain a talented student by accepting Brogan. The patients and business partners might have a short term unrealized lose by losing a potential good addition to their staff but over the long run the increased funding to the University would help recruit more top talent to the community and increase the quality of
