EREPORT # 19278 stated the following: The fist incident was November 2015 the second incident was the weekend before Martin Luther King holiday (2016). During the first incident Savannah reports that Corbin was spanked with a flyswatter by Debra. At the time of the incident, Corbin was only 11 months old. Savannah reports that the flyswatter was green and had a pink handle. She reports that Corbin was spanked with green part. Corbin was spanked "real hard." Corbin had red marks. Corbin did cry. This was reported in November 2015. However, it was part of a report where Savannah was the identified victim. The second incident Savannah reports that she and Corbin were at Stacy's (mom's) house.
