What Makes A Person Who Impacted My Life

Over the course of our lives, we meet many different types of people that benefit us in positive ways and help us shape who we are today. We often don’t even notice the impact that these people make on us until after we have been impacted. Throughout my life, I have met many people. Sometimes they have a positive impact on my life, and other times they have a negative impact. Because my dad has made it through tough challenges, been supportive, and shared his experiences, he has made a positive impact on my life in the past year. To begin, my dad has recently made a positive impact on my life this past year because he has made it through many challenges. He had been battling with depression for many years of his life, and during the past year that had begun to cause problems with his marriage. He managed to find some light even through all the darkness, and he is finally starting to conquer his struggles and repair his relationship with my mother. This impacted me because I know it isn’t easy to go through the things that he did, and seeing him win the battle inspired me to stay positive and work hard to achieve goals. As humans, we all go through some sort of struggle in our lives, and we all have bad days.
