3. My precise role and brief description of the relevant activities I performed in the role. I served as the Chief of Military Justice managing the charging and processing of courts-martial cases and other disciplinary actions. I oftentimes served as the lead prosecutor. At Soesterberg I was the lead (normally) or assistant prosecutor in some 15 courts-martial; at Moody I was the lead prosecutor in some 25 courts-martial and adverse administrative hearings. …show more content…

A fair number of the approximately 30 cases I prosecuted involved highly complex cases where I was lead counsel. I handled highly complex cases that inter alia sexual assault/rape, child molestation, arson, aggravated assault, drug distribution, computer crimes (including child pornography), fraud, and major thefts.
