Wrong, there can be mistakes in testing and chances of errors. There can be numerous test to be performed at stages within the pregnancy and diagnostic mistakes can occur. Diagnostic mistakes occur in genetic testing performed on parents, donors, fetuses, and embryos. Children with abnormalities can often be cause by false testing, which means the parents were not offered testing or the tests were incorrectly misused.
