In recent years, Zoompast has made progress across many different department. Everyone in the company is working really hard to give the best customer services to the customers. In an effort to maintain the great customer services with our clients, it is important to focus on the areas where additional help is needed. According to the customer exit surveys, the company has some serious devastating customer exit reviews from the customers.
In regards to your concern towards losing customer in daily basis, I have come up with two solutions to remedy the complaints that the company gets by giving poor services from the employees and not giving the right packages and deal to the customers. These two strategies can help resolve the current ongoing problem.

When reading the most recent 50 customer exit surveys that the company received from the customers, the most common complaints and comments left by our clients were:

Almost 26 percent of the clients were disappointed with the service provided. The reason behind this was the employees not giving the right amount of information on the service or giving the incorrect information. In order to resolve this issue, the company should give the brief training to all the employees working at the company about how to deal with the customers issues, how to communicate with the customers, as well as getting familiar with the technology. By giving this training, the employees will get more familiar with the whole concepts before presenting to the customers.
