- No
- Pain is severe due to bone healing
Acromioplasty Rehab
- Initial 10 days
- After 10 days
- Codman's exercises, self weaning off sling, wand exercises, pullys
- Work to achieve full AROM in all planes, once AROM is achieved, resistance can be introduced, impingement signs and positions should be avoided, discharge form OT is about 6-8 weeks after surgery
Rotator Cuff Repair
- What is done?
- What is procedure for first 4-5 weeks
- What is procedure after 5 weeks
- 8-12 weeks

- AROM
- Strengthening
- How many visits will a typical non-surgical patient seek w/ OT vs. Surgical
