But also, we should start developing a Growth Mindset in teachers. They are the one who is building our students mindset. Therefore, schools should require teachers to develop their growth mindset by willing to try new approaches to teach students. Some teachers teach years of the same material without changing anything. This makes it so that the teachers get to see the same thing every year, and they don’t learn anything new as a result of not changing lessons. Teachers might get bored too with teaching the same thing years after years, and might get uninterested and do poorly to teach, affecting students. Creating a new teaching style can lead them to see themselves as learning and improving just like students. This also encourages teachers to understand how students are feeling stress. If teachers can overcome a fixed mindset, I believe they will have a wise way to praise students, so that positive action can influence students’ mental
