On the first Monday, for the purpose of data collection, the survey will be 2a, on the first Tuesday it will be 2b etc. After the students submit their survey they will go about their normal routines of school, extracurriculars, and homework, or anything required that day. Once the students finish everything required for their day they will fill of the daily night survey, survey number three. On the first Monday each student will take survey number 3a, on the second Monday each student will take survey 3h, and so on. feel much more stress than average students. The students who took a more difficult course load should have the highest level of stress due to the factors of difficulty, hours spent on homework. The students who were involved in extracurriculars as well along with the difficult course load will most likely mark the highest points of stress. The average students, the ones with the lowest grades and meet the least of the requirements should reveal the least amount of stress. These large gaps between the highest of the high achievers and the lowest of the average students will prove that H.A.S. have a higher rate of stress than students who are not high achieving. The research conducted should end up benefiting the high achievers. Current programs are set in place to help people cope with stress, however, this research should provide reason to administer advice as a requirement. This will help students maintain high achieving standards with less detrimental effect on their health and
