Hyoscine relaxes the smooth/involuntary muscles in the walls of the stomach, intestines, bowel, bile duct and urinary tract.
Relieves colicky abdominal pain which is caused by painful spasms in the muscles in the GI (gastro-intestinal) or GU (genito-urinary) tract.
