Also, there are many people that let their emotions speak from them self and usually this can be seen as negative ways of communicate. Some times we do not have to say anything or just very little to be misunderstood, but there are ways to avoid them or not been rude. In these cases is by using gestures, eye contact, body posture, etc. These are call body language. With body language we can express thinking, confidence, interest, anger, nervous, etc. If we want to improve our body language it is like everything else it takes a while. Need to start slowly, because if we try to do a quick change then we will be felling kind of confuse or strange. Some of this can be used in our favor or against us, so have to be careful when combine this with our communications skills. They are many ways to improve the communication skills and anyone can start by reading (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.). When we dedicate time to read we are open our mind to new information, new words, and expanding the knowledge to a variety of new topics. This theory has emerged from recent cognitive research and "documents the extent to which students possess different kinds of minds and therefore learn, remember, perform, and understand in different ways," according to Gardner (1991) (Lane, n.d.). To indentify myself with one of Dr. Gardner intelligence has to be Interpersonal and Logical-Mathematical. The reason for this one is because my current position consists in keeping everything organize and reviewing the material before is being disseminate to the lowest level. We are highly skilled in solving problems and finding a potential solution to any given task. My strongest one is Interpersonal Intelligence and is define the “skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups. People who have worked on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their professional and personal lives” (SkillsYouNeed, n.d.). Being bless with this intelligence also comes with these other responsibilities such as great verbal and non-verbal communicators, listening skills, problem solving, decision making, negotiator and assertiveness. In my opinion, these qualities are essential in becoming a great coach in the sport
