Health disparities should not just a public health issue; it should be the issue of the whole community. I work at a before and after school program at a bilingual school outside of Milwaukee. It is a low-income, low-preforming school. My job is to lead physical activities and promote active lifestyles with the children. The children are not children of migrant farm workers, but many of the parents do have to travel far for their jobs. Aside from physical education in school, the program that I work at is the only other physical activity many of the children get. The children do not have the chance to play on sports teams, as their parents do not have the time or money. In some cases, the neighborhood the child lives in is too dangerous for them to go outside and
