Team work is important for any type of project to succeed. So therefore my principle is to try to connect all the team members with each other. That though is a bit problematic, as not all team members are cooperating as strongly as they should. So what I did is notifying as many members of my team of the importance of cooperating as a team, to solve the problems that face us as a team. Also one of the problems of rounding up team members, that not all of them provide contact information, therefore contacting them isn’t possible. And another problem is that not all of the team members live close to each other’s, as there are some team members that live in remote locations. This problem could easily …show more content…
So my role is to round all team members and connect every team member to all the other team members. This can prompt time loss, which could hurt any time management setup made by any team member. As for myself I try to manage my time between my project, my syllabus and my team. I always try to make my team comes first. So I almost always use my free time to contribute to the team and to the progress by any means possible. But this has proven to be challenging, because as I mentioned I have other responsibilities to take care of. One of which is the graduation project, which require a lot of time and effort to make a substantial progress. And usually it takes all my free time.
So I made a schedule that would help with my time management problem. In this schedule I divided my week into seven days plan. Each week is unique as problems usually cannot be predicted; and each day into three categories. First in the list is my graduation project, which I give about four to six hours of work. Second in the list is my team, which I give three to four hours. Third in the list is studying my syllabus, which I give tree hours. If I have a free time, I usually contribute this time to something that needs more work or attention.
