I raise my voice to ensure that the person I am talking too understands that I am not impressed with the decisions they have made. It is not offend them, but to get my point across. When I am sad, I am known for isolating myself. If there is a situation that has caused me to become upset I isolate myself from people. This is for my own sake. I do not want to say something I do not mean when I am sad so I prevent this by isolating myself. The second thing that I do when I am sad is avoiding eye contact with people. It does not matter who it is. It could be the person I am in the situation with, or a stranger walking down the street. I do not think I want them to see me
