Interpersonal communication is also like dynamic communication because it is a distinct form of communication as it is straight, subjective as well as natural. (Yap & Massila, 2010) Besides, listening is a deliberate process which we are pay attention and listen single-mindedly. (Yap & Massila, 2010) Listening is thought mind and it is an internal as well as external process. (Yap & Massila, 2010) It involves deriving meaning from the sound, decipher the meaning what you are listening and remember what you have listened in order to future use. (Yap & Massila, 2010) The importance of this event is our company hopes the new term of employment can through this event to explain to all employees. Besides, the company and senior manager hopes that through the careful explanation of the senior manager himself to make all employees are understood the new term of employment. The first element is people. The interpersonal communication needs to involve at least 2 people and the people must play the role to encode and decode. (Yap & Massila, 2010) For example, our event involves 100 persons and this event including all department manager and all employees. Moreover, our senior manager conveyed his message through oral. The senior manager was involved in the process of encoding when he is conveying his messages or information. This is because, he transmitted his messages by sound wave and he set these messages become a code. Then, we were involved in the process of decoding because we need to derive meaning from his sound and understand what he had been said. Furthermore, the second element is messages. This is because each communication involves a message and we through communication to convey a message as well as all these messages are core ideals what we want to communicate. (Yap & Massila, 2010) The messages are sent to voice a person’s behaviours, suggestions, meanings, emotions, ideals, as well as feelings.
