Almost everyone wants to live the American dream. Own a big house, expensive cars, and everything else that a person who works at McDonalds can’t afford. I’m sure that McDonald’s employees wake up every day believing that if they keep flipping those greasy burgers, then they can get away from it all. Sadly, getting up to flip burgers is not hard work. People tend to give up when things get difficult, but that has never been the case for me. When I was young I would cut other peoples grass for money during the summer time, spending almost five hours a day searching the for neighborhood for costumers and working. It was always very hot and the task proved to be extremely difficult. Yet, even though it was tough and hot, I would tell myself that hard work pays off. I still believe that to this day. Once I was finished cutting all the lawns that I could, I would come home and see if my work paid off and it did pay off when I came home with a lot of money.
