Atreus' other sons (Agamemnon & Menalaus) went to find Thyestes and bring him back Atreus has Aegisthus go to execute Thyestes but finds out that Thyestes is his father because of the sword. Aegisthus then kills Atreus and Thyestes becomes king on Mycenae |
