Lincolnshire Co-operative has used workforce mentoring to face the complex challenges that face its human resource. For instance, increasing recreation for its employees, enabling Lincolnshire Co-operative plans of succession as well as improving the overall productive level of its workforce. Workforce mentoring has been effective in Lincolnshire Co-operative in enhancing high performance for each employee. Workforce mentoring in Lincolnshire Co-operative is used to; enhance employee career development (Levine et al. 2016).
