Xopenex 2) Dosage form: 0.31mg solution for inhalation 0.63mg solution for inhalation 1.25mg solution for inhalation 3) Dosages: - For treatment of bronchospasm in children 6-11 years of age with reversible obstructive airway disease. - Recommended starting dose is 0.63mg administered by nebulization three times a day, every 6 to 8 hours. 4) Precautions: Use caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, convulsive disorders, and in nursing mothers or pregnancy 5) Adverse Effects: Dizziness, pharyngitis, and rhinitis 6) Patient consultation: - Xoponex inhalation solution is intended to be used in a nebulizer. - Xoponex vials are distributed in foil pouches in groups of 12.
