When Will CSOSS be Used?
|
-Initial Light-off of any system or equipment
-During casualty evolutions -Reconfiguration as a result of casualties or to support ship’s training evolutions -Training (CSOCC drills) -CSOSS IS NOT JUST A TRAINING TOOL. |

Provides the technical to tactical interpretation for TAO. Must be tactically proficient. Must be a qualified CSOOW. Designated in writing by the Commanding Officer. |

-Center of communication hub (Net 25).
-Controls & coordinates technical operations within combat systems. -Manages casualty operations as well a configuration. -Works with CSC/CICWO to provide the maximum capability to combat. -Responsible to the Systems Test Officer (STO). -Designated in writing by the Commanding Officer. -Monitors NET 15 (Command Net) for situational awareness. |
