Descibe Munich Dunkel

Dark lager with Munich Malt & Noble hops. Toasty and biscuit flavors without sweetness.

Describe Shwarzbier

Black lager, similar to dunkel with added black malt. Toasty flavors with restrained chocolate.

Describle Marzen

March bier, brewed strong to last for summer. Malt balanced with toasty biscuit, low to hops and low bitterness. Basis for Oktoberfest.

Describe Festbier

Beer brewed outside of munich in the Marzen style. Usually paler color, malt balanced with bread/cracker and subtle sweetness. Low to mid bitter. Little to no hop.

Describe Vienna Lager

Made of Vienna malt, lighter than dunkel. Bread, biscuit, and toasty malt flavors dominate. Moderate bitterness.

Describe Rauchbier

Smoked malt version of Marzen, malt balanced with toasty, biscuit flavors and subtle wood smoke. Low hops and low to moderate bitterness.

Describe Dunkles Bock

Dunkle beer with a ABV over 6% making it a Bock. Toasted bread with nutty flavors, and notes of caramel & toffee sweetness.

Describe Doppelbock

Dark version of Dunkel Bock with an ABV of 7% to 10%. Intense toast, bread crust, nutty malt with caramel and toffee. Low dark fruits flavors are common.

Describe Eisbock

Doppelbock that has been near frozen to reduce water. ABV 9% to 14%. Rich, toasty, caramel malt with alcohol warmth and flavor. Substantial dark fruit flavors.

Describe Helles Bock

Also called Maibocks light and low hop aroma/flavor. Bready and lightly toasted malt with low spicy/floral hops notes.
