Domestic violence, sexual assault or workplace violence. When directed by authority.


For XO Specific: Media inquiry, asylum requests, routine questions, reports of harassment, for difficulties with POD, TDY/PCS report.


EPO: Any info that impacts department, injuries involving dep members, disciplinary matters, personal problems/requests of crew.
