Whenever you doubt safety, security, or stewardship. A change of tasking is received. Casualty of major equipment. For any movement of cutter. For any accident or injury. For flash message traffic addressed to us. For any alongside arrival of departures. For changes in readiness condition. For any dive ops, hot work, or aloft work. For any hazmat transfer. Domestic violence, sexual assault or workplace violence. When directed by authority. For XO Specific: Media inquiry, asylum requests, routine questions, reports of harassment, for difficulties with POD, TDY/PCS report. EPO: Any info that impacts department, injuries involving dep members, disciplinary matters, personal problems/requests of crew. |
