High risk areas identified and defence plans drawn up, destroyed areas to be reforested (since it started 550,000ha have been restored) Water: Trading scheme aimed to reduces black market sales. Water costs 3x normal price yet still cheaper than black market. Reduces illegal exploitation of aquifers and promotes sustainable use of them. |
