-In 1905 the commonwealth parliament passed the wireless telegraphy act. Which was that all owners of wireless sets were required to have a licence - R. V. Brislan was charged with having a wireless without a licence. She challenged the validity of the licence - The court decided that a wireless was a ' like service' Therefor the wireless telegraphy act was valid |
